I was still up at girl's camp for my birthday. The girls were so sweet to put candles in the morning muffins and sing happy birthday to me. I got home around 3:00pm and Jacob had the baby asleep and the house cleaned. It was so nice to come home to a clean house, flowers (a belated Mother's Day gift), and presents. I must say that the first thing I did was shower, it had only been 4 days camping since my last shower. :) Later that evening Jacob and I got free burgers at Red Robin for our birthdays (all you have to do is sign up online for their birthday club) and went to ice cream at Malley's with our friends the Rich's. Jacob ended the evening with a wonderful foot and back-rub!!
On Jacob's birthday we headed to the Cleveland Zoo with the Rich's and then ate out at 5 Guys Burger and Fries. We had such fun looking at the animals and trying to show Claire what to look at. It was a hot day, but we survived. Below is an assortment of pictures from the Zoo experience!

A howler owl. So tiny to be 14 years old. Claire isn't scared of anything!
Claire loved to watch the fish swim by. The fish were probably the animals she could see best and was interested in.
The number 2 thing Claire enjoyed the most, the Grizzly bear!
We fed these birds nectar, Claire just watched and didn't even scream in excitement as usual. I think she was mesmerized by the bird's beautiful colors.
Claire has an exciting day and was wiped out half way through the zoo. She looked so adorable taking a nap in the stroller!

Happy belated birthday! I remember a few days before your birthday but I got caught up with moving plans. I am glad you had a great day. You have a wonderful husband who definetly spoils you (smile). Happy birthday to you both.
