I did a few Easter activities and watched a few of the new LDS Bible videos with the kids. Claire colored a picture depicting Christ appearing after He was resurrected and we made a sheep for a craft (talking about how Christ is a shepherd for us). I hope Claire understood some of what we saw and talked about regarding Christ and being resurrected.
We were invited to do Easter egg dying and an egg hunt by some friends in our ward. We had a great time dying the eggs and Claire thought the process was fun!
Tommy didn't know there was candy in the eggs, but he was so excited to find the eggs anyway. He was dedicated!

Unfortunately, Tommy was really sick with a high fever so Tommy and I didn't make it to church. I was disappointed, but oh well. We did have a yummy dinner with our friends Rachel and Stas so that helped to make the day feel more special.
