Easter

We had a wonderful Easter.  We went to our friend's house, the Jacksons, for their annual Easter Egg Hunt.  It was a beautiful sunny day and the kids had a blast running around the property, playing with their friends, and participating in the egg hunt of course! 

Tommy was assisting daddy in a game of corn hole.  :)

There were hundreds of eggs and the kids loaded up during the hunt.  They had so much fun opening the eggs to see what was inside.

Easter Sunday was a special day.  Here are the kids baskets.  They both loved their gardening sets to help in the garden and their new books to read.  The candy was a favorite of course too!  Jacob and I decided to give the kids a water and sand table for Easter for a fun summer toy.  We knew I would be home a lot with the kids this summer since Lincoln would need to be home for naps.  Claire and Tommy have really had a blast with the water table!

Don't let the kids Christmas pajamas fool you, it really was Easter!  We also had a fun FHE talking about Christ and the reason for Easter.  I hope the kids remember a little of what we talked about.
