Halloween Fun

We didn't do too much to celebrate Halloween this year as Tommy is still so little and I'm still on the sleep deprived side of things, but we made sure to go to our ward's trunk or treat and to go trick or treating last night.  Claire LOVED to get out of the house on both occasions and kept saying "find more" to find more houses to knock on.  She did not tire of it and Jacob and I had to be the ones to say let's go home.  Claire did great at saying "trick or treat" at each house; Jacob practiced with her a lot before hand with candy corn using the door to her room.  I'm so glad I made Claire's Halloween costume before Tommy arrived; it would have been difficult to have put something together after his arrival.  Here are some picture of our fun!

Our adorable ladybug!  Claire loved wearing her costume.

The wings!

Claire and her best friend at the ward trunk or treat.  She was a little shy and intimidated by all the people and costumes until she recognized her friend and they had a blast running around together.

Tommy's costume, just a sleeper with bats and "boo" on it.  I love the bat feet!

Claire got fangs at the trunk or treat and surprisingly she liked to wear them.

Tommy and Claire on Halloween!

Claire and her haul of candy.  She really got so much candy, people were giving her handfuls.  Guess Jacob and I will have to help her out!

  1. Claire looks adorable! I love her costume! Trick-or-treating is so fun at this age I think. It would have been fun to go together, darn it. Coulson needed a buddy!
