Earlier in the month of November we had plenty of leaves to rake! Jacob went out with the kids and they had a good time raking the leaves and playing in the piles.

Lincoln loved watching daddy and the kids rake the leaves outside. He wished he could join them, next year buddy!

A few weeks after the warmer weather and the leaves we got this crazy snow storm! It snowed about 14 inches in about an 8 hour span. Our city was declared in a state of snow emergency and many roads were closed down. I guess that is what we get for living near Lake Erie and having the lake effect snow. Of course, this was nothing compared to the 6 feet of snow people got near Buffalo, NY a few days later, but it still was a lot here!
The local schools were closed for a snow day the next day so Claire and Tommy took advantage of playing in the snow together! I think they are trying to break into their play house. Funny thing is that they always go through the windows in the summertime, but I guess they didn't think of that when they could dig the door out of snow!
