Fall Festivities

We have had a lot of fun doing "fallish" activities this past month.  First we went to a free Fall Festival put on by the local chapter of the Special Olympics.  It was fun to go with the kids and play a few games, do some crafts, eat some food, and go on a carriage ride!  We felt good about donating to and supporting the Special Olympics!

Tommy and Claire each got a fall tattoo and they loved them.  They were sad when they were washed off in the tub.

Going to the Avery Halloween party is always a huge hit in our family!  You really can't ask for a better time than having candy, games, food, pumpkins, and a lot of room to run around!

Tommy taking in all the pumpkins and scouting out the one he wanted to take home.

Claire checking the pumpkins out too!

Tommy loved his race car costume and wore it a lot at home as well!

Claire fell in love with the movie The Wizard of Oz when we visited Jacob's parents in Kansas.  She was so excited to be Dorthy for Halloween.  My mom made her super adorable dress, thank you!
