It started off with our good friends, the Rich's, with some Easter egg hunts the Saturday before. We missed the hunt in Painesville, but we were able to snap some pictures with the bunny! Claire didn't mind the bunny at all, just wanted to grab its face.
Then we headed to the Willoughby hunt. Claire and her friend Coulson didn't really get the idea so we sat them in the grass, threw some eggs on them and took pictures. A reporter came by and asked if he could snap some pictures, we complied of course. And guess what?! They landed on the front page!
We were super excited about making it in the paper, let alone the front page! Too bad no one knows us around here to recognize the babies...
Then we dyed Easter eggs at our house. This was for the moms; not such a baby friendly activity and the dad's even dyed a few too!
We did a great job, don't you think?
On Sunday Jacob and I hosted an Easter dinner. Jacob was a trooper and helped me clean the house! He even shop-vacd our entire apartment, that's dedication don't you think? We cooked a ham, scalloped potatoes, sweet potato pie, and homemade croissant rolls. Friends brought a turkey, vegi tray, and fruit salad. It was all DELICIOUS!!
