Carving a Pumpkin

Our Halloween festivities were pushed back to Sunday due to Super Storm Sandy so I took the opportunity to carve a pumpkin with the kids while Jacob was at school.  We had a lot of fun!

The kids are excited!  Both of them didn't like touching the goupy stuff, but Claire was okay with it after a little coaxing.

Tommy quickly tired of the high chair, much more fun to run around!

The result!  I admit I did pretty much the whole thing, I'm not ready to hand over a sharp knife yet. :)  Claire helped me choose what shapes and what kind of face (scary, happy, or sad...) we did and helped with her butter knife!
