The town has this amazing park with great toys! We went a few times.
Aunt Sarah and Claire.
Tommy enjoying the swing!
The park has a zoo connected to it and Claire loved this donkey. She kept finding grass for it to eat.
Huge slides! Jacob took Tommy down and Claire went down by herself. I was impressed she went all by herself with a promise I would catch her. We were at the park this time after eating yummy chili at the cook-off for Neewollah.
On the carousel. This carousel was beautiful and only cost 5cents per ride!
We were going on a train ride. The kids were pretty excited, but the train broke down after only 20ft or so. We will have to try it again next time I guess.
Jacob helped his dad rake the leaves and Claire LOVED playing in the leaves.
Awe...the wedding. Sarah and David were married at the State Lake in a lovely little ceremony. We were so glad to be there to witness the event.
Sarah and David at their reception!
Claire and Tommy waiting in costume for the kiddie parade to begin. There were not as excited about this as I thought they would be, but it was really cold so maybe that was why.
Claire and cousin Evie riding in the wagon. Claire and Evie played lots and lots together and I think they loved (almost) every minute. :)
Claire really wanted to ride on some of the fair rides so we took her on a ferris wheel. She loved being up high and going on the ride. She wasn't scared at all!
Claire went all by herself on this kiddie ride. Can you tell she loved it?
We went to the parade with Grandpa and Aunt Sarah. We had a fun time watching the floats and bands. Claire picking up all the candy the best.
Neewollah was super fun and it was so great to spend time with family. I know both Claire and Tommy just loved being adored and played with by Grandpa and Grandma. Jacob and I also went to the play Grease and we all tried to figure out the clues to find the Neewollah medallion. We would love to do it all again!
